Location: Sheboygan Falls WI
Salary: $ 90000-100000 + approximately 10% Bonus

IT Department approx. 50 professionals
Configuration team consists of meeting business requirements. Work closely on TPM specific projects and tasks with key business and technical personnel, identifying and implementing automated or manual procedures or configuration changes.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems OR college degree in a related field.
General IT experience: Minimum 3 years IT experience, including systems development experience in the design and development of department-wide or enterprise-wide applications.
SAP experience: Minimum 3 years systems experience with SAP TPM.
Knowledge of SAP data dictionary and common SAP tables.
Clear ability and desire to adapt to changing work environments.
Experience with at least one full life cycle implementations of SAP and experience in dynamic support environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and configuration experience.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills; success in working on high impact cross-functional teams; strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, develop and implement solutions in company’s SAP TPM environment.
Further extend the benefits of the TPM environment by effectively understanding business requirements and modifying process or configuration accordingly.
Serve as primary support to end users and manage issue resolution related to the TPM environment in compliance with established service level agreement.
Perform highly complex and demanding tasks dealing with the analysis, design, development and implementation of technical solutions relating to TPM.
Provide the necessary coordination and facilitate interactive design sessions with business process owners and functional leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Define, document, and scope requirements for new configuration or development to meet changing business requirements.
Assist project managers in defining, scheduling and budgeting tasks.
Provide guidance to the business and functional areas in developing tests, training plans and materials.
Complete detailed system design and write functional specs for development.
Perform configuration changes and/or prepare design specifications for ABAP and BI programmers.
Drive improved user productivity through developing and implementing new business process and innovative systems solutions.
Proactively contribute to an overall IT strategy via direct experience in tactical projects and specific user requirements.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Familiarity with ECC 6.0 architecture and proven understanding of ABAP, BASIS and database technologies.
Proven skills in enterprise systems development.
Detailed understanding of SAP TPM solution (CRM 7.0).
Proven capability to quickly acquire new technology skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis tools.
Full system life cycle experience, including development of lifecycle methodologies.
Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills.
